Lisa Tamayo has over 20 years of experience in business administration and management. In 1998, they co-founded Green Building Studio, Inc., where they were responsible for setting up financial and administrative systems, managing administration, and creating and maintaining the company website. In 2008, they became the Administrator for JPTL, Inc., assisting with the initial separation of Green Building Studio to Autodesk, Inc. and managing all reporting and administrative tasks associated with the business. From 2009 to 2012, they were the Owner/General Manager of Cherry Magnolia Properties, overseeing maintenance, financial planning and reconciliation, and tenants for two residential, multi-family properties. Lisa also served as Project Manager for a total renovation of a historic duplex. From 2012 to 2015, they were the President of investorMetrix, LLC, where they built a web-based software tool that mapped resource use with the goal of enabling the integration of resource efficiency into financial and market performance for investment analysis. Lisa also aggregated multiple data sources into trend analysis to emphasize the significant links between environmental resources and financial performance of publicly traded companies. Since 2015, they have been the CEO/Co-Founder of Scollar, Inc., where they have oversight of teams engaged in programming and development, as well as developing partner relationships, marketing, sales, and financial planning. Additionally, they have been a Member of the Board of Directors for North Bay Angels since 2013.
Lisa Tamayo completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Electronic Music from San Francisco State University in 1996. Lisa then went on to pursue their MBA in Sustainable Enterprise from Dominican University of California, which they completed in 2012. Her field of study was Sustainable Investments.
