Jennifer Saalwaechter

Jennifer Saalwaechter is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Sconza Candy Company since May 2023, Jennifer previously held the same title at ofi from April 2022 to May 2023. At E. & J. Gallo Winery, Jennifer progressed through various roles, culminating as Supervisor of Compliance in People Operations, where responsibilities included leading the HR compliance team and developing audit programs. Earlier roles in Jennifer’s career included positions at Target as Executive Team Leader of Human Resources and at Macy’s in multiple capacities, including General Sales Manager and Human Resources Assistant. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from California State University, Stanislaus, and an Associate of Arts degree from Modesto Junior College.
