Michael Mathiyalakan

Michael Mathiyalakan is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in program coordination, financial management, and entrepreneurship development within various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Programme Coordinator for Eastern Sri Lanka at Palladium since November 2021, Michael has also held positions such as District Manager and Regional Programme Coordinator at Scope Global. Previous roles include Programme & Operations Manager at Street Child, Senior Business Advisor at Lanka Social Ventures, and several financial positions at Oxfam and UNICEF. Michael's educational background includes a Certified Management Accountant designation from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in Australia and an MBA in International Business from Edith Cowan University.
