Diane Wiehe

Diane Wiehe has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and organizations. Diane currently holds the position of Head of Business Partnering- National at Scope (Aust) since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior People and Culture Program Manager at Scope (Aust) from July 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining Scope (Aust), Diane served as the People and Culture Manager at Scope (Aust) from January 2020 to April 2021. Diane also worked as a Human Resources Project Manager at the Department of Education and Training - Victoria from August 2017 to July 2019.

Additionally, Diane held roles such as HR Transformation Manager at Life Without Barriers from May 2016 to June 2017, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Western Power from June 2013 to October 2013, and Policy Manager Employee Relations - Consultant at Unilever from February 2011 to April 2012. Diane also worked at Deloitte as HR Manager - Fixed Term from November 2009 to December 2010, and as Interim Employee Relations Manager at Unilever from January 2007 to September 2009.

Their earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager UK and Ireland at ACS (UK) Ltd from December 2004 to December 2007, and HR Business Partner at UBS Investment Bank from October 1999 to N‌ovember 2004.

Diane Wiehe obtained a BSc in Environmental Science from The Open University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Employment Law from MOL Learn from 2006 to 2008. Diane also holds a Certificate in Personnel from Birkbeck, University of London, which they earned in 1999-2000.
