Tia Rizkina Anggraeni

Tia Rizkina Anggraeni has held a variety of positions in the Human Resources field since 2013. Tia Rizkina began their career as an HR Intern at DBS Bank in 2013 and then worked as a Communication Specialist at Unit Kerja Presiden bidang Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Pembangunan (UKP-PPP) in 2014. In 2014, they also worked as a Korean and English Teacher at Global Language Center. In 2015, they joined Philip Morris International as a Compensation and Benefits Senior Executive and a Graduate Trainee Human Resources (Management Trainee). In 2017, they established an HR consultancy as an Independent Human Resources Consultant at a Private Practice. In 2018, they became General Manager (HR And Operations Manager) at Fundtastic. In 2020, they worked as a Recruiting Lead at Scopic Software and as an International Talent Acquisition at Cross Border Talents.

Tia Rizkina Anggraeni received their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Indonesia in 2015. In March 2020, they obtained a certification in PH125.1x: Data Science from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX.
