Devin Moretz

Devin Moretz currently serves as AVP of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at SCOR, overseeing recruitment efforts across diverse business lines while collaborating with executive leadership to address talent needs. Prior experience includes Principal Consultant at Blue Ridge Talent, where strategic solutions for talent acquisition challenges were developed for small to medium-sized businesses. Devin spent over a decade at Aston Carter, rising from Recruiter to Recruitment Executive, during which time a significant scaling of the recruiting team occurred alongside the management of large-scale recruiting operations for the Financial Services sector. Earlier, Devin held the position of President at AIESEC Appalachian, leading initiatives in talent recruitment and organizational sustainability. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Management from Appalachian State University.
