Karim HAMLAT is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive expertise in cyber, technology, and financial lines underwriting. Currently serving as a Senior Cyber & Technology Underwriter for SCOR since August 2022, Karim is on secondment in the London office until September 2024. Previous roles include Senior Cyber & Financial Lines Underwriter at Generali Global Corporate & Commercial, Senior Cyber & Technology Underwriter at CNA Hardy, and Professional Indemnity & Cyber Underwriter at AIG. Karim began the career as a Financial Lines & Cyber Underwriter at Hiscox Assurances France and gained foundational experience as a Casualty & Financial Lines Broker at Aon. Karim holds a Master’s degree in Risk Management from KEDGE Business School and a Master’s degree in Insurance from ESA - Ecole Supérieure d'Assurances, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) and a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance from Enass.
