Răzvan Ionescu

Răzvan Ionescu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in biometric risk modelling and longevity research. Currently serving as the Head of Biometric Risk Modelling at SCOR since December 2007, Răzvan leads a team that focuses on biometric risks, contributing to key projects and promoting knowledge sharing both internally and externally. Additionally, Răzvan has held the position of Head of the Longevity R&D Centre and has worked as an R&D Actuary at the Institut de Statistique de l'Université de Paris (ISUP), where responsibilities included lecturing on lifespan modelling in the Master 2 Actuariat program. Răzvan holds a degree in Actuarial Science from the Institut de Science Financière et d'Assurances (I.S.F.A), obtained between 2004 and 2007.
