Sinead Harrison is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for the UK, Ireland, and South Africa at SCOR since December 2016, Sinead effectively manages end-to-end recruitment processes while advising senior stakeholders across multiple divisions. Prior to this role, Sinead held the position of Recruitment Manager at the Guild Group from January 2012 to May 2016, overseeing centralized recruitment functions for various entities within the organization. Sinead’s recruitment expertise was further developed as a Recruitment Manager for Andersen Partnership's Insurance Practice in Victoria and as a Senior Consultant at Darwin Rhodes, focusing on catastrophe risk and analytics. Sinead began the career in the insurance field with roles as an Underwriter and Pricing Analyst at Groupama and as an Assistant Underwriter at ERS. Sinead holds a BA (Hons) in Finance and Banking from Ulster University.
