Isabel Ferreira

Isabel Ferreira has been working in the professional world since 1999. Isabel has held several positions in their career, beginning with a Consultora Software Systems Quality role at Sinfic in 1999. In 2005, they became the Coordenadora de Equipa Gestão da Qualidade at Sinfic. In 2006, they took on two roles: Professora Convidada Curso Pós-Graduação Gestão de Projecto at ISEG and Professora Convidada Mestrado Sistema de Informação Organizacionais at ESCE. In 2016, they were a PMO at SCORE (parceria) and an Associada e Voluntariado at APOGEP. In 2017, they were a Project Manager at Credibom (em parceria c& Pessoas e Processos). In 2018, they became a PMO (em parceria c/ ATOS) at Credibom. In 2020, they are currently a Process & Project Support at Galp at SCORE Consulting. Isabel is also the Consultant & Founder at Brightknowledge.

Isabel Ferreira completed their Licenciatura in Matemática Aplicada at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa from 1984 to 1988. Isabel then went on to complete their Pós-Graduação in Sistemas de Informação at the Instituto Superior Técnico from 2006 to 2007. In 2010, they obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance®. In 2011, they obtained their Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification also from the Scrum Alliance®. In 2016, they attended the Da Ideia ao Prototipo event. Isabel also attended the Lean Startup Machine and Pintura Olga Sotto events. Additionally, they hold a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and a Certified Consultant certification from the Rational University in RMUC and OOAD. Finally, they are currently completing their Estudante Doutoramento in Agile Maturity Model Practices and Tool at the Universidade do Algarve, which they began in 2018.
