Dennis P. Heinle

Dennis P. Heinle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as President of Capstone Corporate Leadership Development, Inc. since March 2014, Dennis also functions as a Certified GALLUP Strengths Coach since August 2003, specializing in personal and team development. In addition, Dennis has been a Business Mentor and Coach with SCORE Association since December 2014, providing critical guidance for aspiring entrepreneurs. Dennis's career includes key leadership roles, such as Director of Faculty and Staff Development and Chief Human Resource Officer (Interim) at Harrisburg Area Community College, and Director of The Leadership Institute at Mansfield University. Past experiences include serving as Chief Learning Officer at Sovereign Bank and holding executive positions at Memorial Health Systems Corp and St. Agnes Hospital. Dennis holds an MBA in Marketing & Labor Relations and a BS in Business Management from the University of Baltimore, along with a high school diploma from Calvert Hall College. Dennis is also a Life Member of the Vietnam Veterans of America.
