John Hayes

John Hayes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business mentorship and sales. As the SCORE Recruiting Team Leader and a Certified SCORE Mentor since March 2019, John has played a vital role in providing guidance to entrepreneurs and business owners through the renowned SCORE organization. John brings a wealth of knowledge from a varied background that includes a semi-retired phase leveraging expertise in industrial, automation, medical, and inspection software sales, as well as small business ownership. Prior to this, John served as a Senior Consultant for over a year, capitalizing on more than 50 years of sales and marketing experience across automotive and industrial sectors. Furthermore, John held the position of Partner and VP of Sales at CompuSpections from 2005 to 2017, where significant contributions were made to revenue enhancement and customer retention strategies.
