Rick Webb

Rick Webb has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Rick started their career at NCCI in 1990, where they worked as the Director of Employment and Employee Relations until 1996. After that, they joined EY as the National HR Director and later became the Director of U.S. Meeting, Event, and Learning Support Services. Rick worked at EY for a total of 24 years, from 1996 to 2020. In 2020, Rick retired from their role as a Senior Operations and HR Executive at SCORE Mentors.

Rick Webb attended The University of Southern Mississippi from 1975 to 1978, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In addition, they attended Anne Arundel Community College, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration.
