As the District Operations Manager for SCORE, Shannon Jones oversees a diverse territory encompassing Orange County, San Diego, Coachella Valley, Inland Empire, and Hawaii. Her journey with SCORE began in 2018, evolving from a dedicated Volunteer to a pivotal staff member. With over two decades of experience in Operations, she has excelled in managing Sales and Operations for renowned brands such as Starwood Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Hot Topic Online, and Verizon Retailers.

Specializing in operational management, data analyzation and interpretation, and the development of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and best practices, Shannon has crafted and executed business strategies for Fortune 500 companies in the telecom and hospitality industries. Her expertise extends to online and email campaigns, branding, and social media, where she leverages her creativity to drive engagement and growth.

As the founder of Queen's Gambit LLC, she supports small businesses with social media marketing and virtual assistance, empowering them to thrive in a digital landscape. Shannon holds an AA in Secondary Education from the College of Southern Nevada, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and is on track to complete her BA in History from Arizona State University, also with honors.
