Muhammad Taureza, PhD

Muhammad Taureza, PhD has a diverse work experience. Muhammad began their career in 2007 as an intern at Brady Corporation. Muhammad then moved to Nanyang Technological University in 2009, where they held the roles of Project Officer and Research Student. In 2014, they joined Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology as a Senior Research Engineer, where they developed manufacturing processes and designed, developed, and validated new manufacturing processes. In 2019, they joined Scorpio Electric as Acting Chief Operating Officer, Acting Head of Operation, and Technical Advisor. In their role as Acting Head of Operation, they implemented strong and efficient workflows, worked with Institute of Higher Learning to raise awareness of young engineers, and strategized trade and built relationships with major Supply Chain and Tier 1/2 players. As Technical Advisor, they helped hire talented people and groomed future technical leaders.

Muhammad Taureza obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2009. Muhammad then went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2014. Prior to this, they attended SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore.
