Senior Team Lead, Project Development at Scorpio

Erik Anderson began their work experience in 2004 as an Assistant Project Manager at Duke Realty Corporation, where they gained valuable knowledge and encouragement in the construction department. From 2005 to 2012, they worked as a Project Manager at Charles Perry Partners, Inc., overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects and effectively communicating plans and contract terms to staff, workers, and clients. In 2012, Erik joined McLeod General Trades, LLC. as the Vice President, utilizing their extensive construction experience to solve complex problems and build long-lasting client relationships. Currently, they serve as a Senior Team Lead in Project Development at Scorpio, leading the procurement team in providing community-centered construction solutions with passion and purpose. Throughout their career, Erik has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, sustainable growth, business development, and client retention.

Erik Anderson has a strong educational background in building construction. Erik earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Erik later pursued their Master of Science degree in Building Construction from the same institution, completing it from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Erik Anderson has obtained a certification as a General Contractor from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in August 2014.
