Brandon Berté has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Brandon started their career as a Communications Liaison Volunteer at the Melbourne Writers Festival in 2009, where they worked on creating presentations and maintaining sponsor relationships. In 2010, they interned at both Medichat Corporation and Epoch 5 Public Relations, gaining experience in developing marketing and PR campaigns, social media networking, and assisting with press releases. Brandon also interned as a Human Resources Intern at Bethpage Federal Credit Union, where they led a project to redesign the HR intranet website and implemented internal communications strategies. In 2011, they worked for Motivators as a Content Development and Social Media specialist, managing social media platforms and blogging about promotional products and branding. Brandon then joined Driven Local in 2014 and held roles as the Paid Social Department Manager and later as the Sr. Director of Paid Media, responsible for handling paid social advertising campaigns and implementing A/B testing strategies. Since 2017, Brandon has been working at Scorpion, first as the Vice President of Paid Social and currently as the Vice President of Social Advertising Product.

Brandon Berté attended SUNY New Paltz from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree. During their time at SUNY New Paltz, their field of study included Journalism, Public Relations, and Psychology. In 2008, Brandon briefly studied at Victoria University, but no degree or field of study information is provided for this institution. In terms of additional certifications, Brandon obtained a Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional certification from Meta in March 2022 and a Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate certification from Facebook in October 2020.
