Lea LaFerla's work experience starts in 1997, when they worked as a Urology Specialist at Merck until 2003. Lea then joined Streck, where they held various roles including International Sales Manager, Product Manager, Director of Marketing, and Director of Stabilization and Flow Products. In 2017, Lea joined SCORR Marketing as the Vice President of Marketing Services, and later became the Vice President of Marketing Services and Business Development. Currently, they hold the role of President at SCORR Marketing.
Lea LaFerla pursued their undergraduate education at Ursinus College from 1993 to 1997. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
