Jessica Crummy

Jessica Crummy is an experienced professional in venue and visitor operations, currently serving as the Head of Venue Operations at The Scotch Malt Whisky Society since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jessica held significant positions including General Manager of Visitor Operations at the V&A Museum of Design Dundee and Centre Manager at the Barbican Centre. Jessica has also contributed to HQ Theatres as Front of House Manager and worked as a Subject Administrator at AQA. Jessica began professional career as a House Officer at the University of Surrey Students' Union. Jessica holds a BA Hons in Dance and Culture from the University of Surrey and completed A Levels at Colchester Sixth Form College, along with GCSEs from Gilberd School.
