Prior to their current role, Dominic worked as a Senior Recruiter for RCR Tomlinson from January 2005 to December 2008. RCR Tomlinson is a leading multi-disciplined engineering company that provides integrated solutions to the Mining, Energy, Resources and Power sectors. Dominic was responsible for recruiting for major projects at RCR Tomlinson.
