Natalie Whittle

Natalie Whittle has been working in the recruitment industry since 2004. Natalie started their career as a Lead Education Recruitment Consultant with Capita Resourcing. In this role, they were responsible for advertising, recruitment, vetting, interviewing and placement of candidates for schools throughout the South West region of London. Natalie also developed future business through cold calling and sales visits with new, existing and lapsed clients.

In 2006, Natalie moved to Scotford Fennessy, where they have been working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Corporate and Executive Support division. In this role, they are responsible for advertising, recruitment, vetting, interviewing and placement of candidates for executive and corporate support roles. Natalie also provides a support network for overseas teachers new to living in London through helping to source accommodation, organise social events, establish bank accounts and handle payroll and taxation queries.

Natalie has proven sales performance, consistently exceeding pre-set sales and Gross Profit targets. Natalie is also a lead role model and mentor to new staff, providing database training and sales skills to maximise the growth of an area.

Natalie Whittle has a Bachelor of Education from Curtin University. Natalie also has a bachelors degree from St Norbert College Perth.

Their manager is Nick Fennessy, Managing Director. They are on a team with Michael Arnold - General Manager Business Development and Strategy, Andrew Sanders - General Manager Operations, and Jason Miranda - Consultant.
