David Wilson

David Wilson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at SGN, where responsibilities include driving a multi-year transformation programme in the energy sector. Prior to this, David held the position of Central Government Transformation Portfolio Director at Capita, focusing on major programme delivery and leading the Professional Services Delivery Profession. David also served as Major Programme Director at Capita Public Services, spearheading significant transformation programmes for clients such as the Ministry of Justice and Transport for London, managing large teams and substantial revenue streams. Additionally, David served as Technical Solutions and Product Delivery Director for the Emergency Services Network Programme at the UK Home Office and was the Chief Executive Officer at Aquila ATMS, leading a joint venture for a transformational air traffic management project for the UK Ministry of Defence. David holds an MsC in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford.
