Kimberly Pacheco

Director, Multifamily Operations at SCOTIA GROUP MANAGEMENT, LLC

In 2000, Mrs. Pacheco joined Scotia Group Management, LLC, as a Regional Property Supervisor. She has recently been promoted to Director of Multifamily Operations and currently oversees a total of 10 residential properties plus an HOA. She is responsible for approximately 65 employees including Managers, Assistant Managers, Leasing and Maintenance personnel. She is also responsible for Multi Family Operations within Scotia Group Management which includes policies and procedures for all residential properties as well as personnel. Mrs. Pacheco has been involved in several apartment acquisitions in which she has prepared business plans including budgets and conducted due diligence.

Mrs. Pacheco has 23 years experience in the Property Management field with 20 years as a Property Supervisor. She also worked as an Account Executive for For Rent Magazine for two years where she sold and implemented many advertising and marketing programs for Management Companies as well as individual owners.

Mrs. Pacheco is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Arizona; she also is a member of the Arizona Multi-housing Association. She currently serves on the AMA board of Directors and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®). She has served on the Tucson AMA board of directors as a Vice President, Secretary / Treasurer and as Trade Show Chair. She has also been involved in many AMA committees such as the Trade Show committee and the Golf Tournament Committee. Mrs. Pacheco also currently serves as the Secretary on the Tucson Chapter of IREM.
