Gail Lecocq

Gail LeCocq, CTDP, currently serves as Manager, Learning Experience Architect at Scotia Wealth Management, with responsibilities that include designing and maintaining training materials for systems and applications, as well as supporting change management initiatives. Prior to this role, Gail spent nearly nine years at Scotiabank as a Senior Instructional Designer, focusing on systems education for wealth management. Extensive experience was also gained at IBM, where roles ranged from Education Specialist to Instructional Designer and e-Learning Developer, implementing instructional design methodologies and delivering a variety of training solutions. Gail holds a Digital Media Skills Specialist degree from OCAD University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick.
