Peter Johnson

Peter Johnson is a proven sustainability leader currently serving as the Director of Global Sustainable Business at Scotiabank, where they develop and implement a variety of Sustainable Finance products for a diverse clientele, including governments and corporations. With extensive experience in sustainability strategy, risk management, and reporting, Peter has previously held leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and within Scotiabank, where they managed the Environmental and Social Risk team. Peter was the first certified sustainable forest management auditor in North America and holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Forestry. Throughout their career, they have emphasized the importance of listening and understanding to find effective solutions in sustainability.
