Lina Trujillo Duque has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lina began their career as a Facilitator of Personal Growth at Compensar, where they designed workshops to empower women in achieving their personal goals. Lina then worked at Quala S.A. as a Consultant in Marketing Research, providing valuable consumer insights and contributing to marketing strategies. Lina later joined Takami S.A. as the Director of Human Talent, where they partnered with business leaders to meet talent management needs. Their role at Virtus Partners as a Senior Consultant in People & Organization focused on leadership assessment, talent management, and change management projects across various industries in multiple countries. Currently, they are working at Independiente & Cocora.io as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, providing coaching services. In 2023, Lina will commence their role as the Director of Learning & Development at Scotiabank Colpatria.

Lina Trujillo Duque holds a Master's Degree in Social Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 2004 and 2009. Their high school education was completed at Colegio Anglo Colombiano, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate (IB) from 1991 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Lina has also acquired certifications including Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from Co-Active Training Institute in 2022 and Hogan Assessments from Hogan Assessment Systems / Thuoper America Latina in 2019.
