Charles G. Kerecz

Charles G. Kerecz is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in equity capital markets. Currently serving as Managing Director - Equity Capital Markets at Scotiabank since August 2023, Kerecz heads Equity Private Placements. Previously, from July 2015 to July 2023, Kerecz held key roles at Rothschild & Co, including Head of Growth Capital for North America and Vice President of Equity Advisory. Prior experience includes a Vice President position at Jefferies, focusing on equity origination in the technology, media, telecom, and services sectors, along with foundational roles at Credit Suisse and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business in 2006.
