Emery Sziraky

Emery Sziraky is a seasoned professional in the field of audit and operational effectiveness, currently serving as the Director, Internal Audit AMS Lead at Scotiabank since December 2022 and as the Head of Operating Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement at Tangerine since August 2020. Prior experience includes Director roles in the Scotiabank Audit Department, where Emery successfully developed a Digital Banking audit strategy and led efforts in Global Business Payments audits. Additionally, Emery has expertise in executing audits focused on non-retail Credit Risk, Global Transaction Banking, and regulatory compliance, while also spearheading internal efficiency initiatives to enhance communication and audit processes.
