Gerardo Solis

Gerardo Solis has extensive experience in financial services, particularly within Scotiabank, where roles included General Manager of Scotia Bolsa and Director of Asset Management & Brokerage in Peru. Gerardo led the strategy and growth of International Private Banking across multiple countries while also overseeing Scotiabank Peru's Wealth Management division, which comprised over 100 professionals and multiple teams. Prior experience includes founding BSV Asset Management, managing significant equity investments, and serving as a project manager and research analyst at the Institute for Liberty and Democracy. Gerardo holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Lawyer degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Diploma in Statistics.
