Vanessa Scott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Contact Center at Scotiabank since March 2006, Vanessa leads the delivery of contact center services across seven countries in the English Caribbean, managing over 300 advisors and collaborating with regional partners. Vanessa has previously held senior roles including Senior Manager of Customer Experience Design, Director of Cross Group Business Development, and Vice President of Sales & Service at Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited, as well as General Manager at Asset Management Company Limited.
