Yasmin Pallan

Yasmin Pallan has a diverse background in marketing and communications, with experience in various industries including banking, education, and non-profit organizations. Yasmin currently holds the position of Director DEI Global Wealth Management at Scotiabank, where Yasmin is responsible for advancing the global DEI strategy within the company's Global Wealth Management division. Prior to this role, Yasmin held various leadership positions in marketing and communications at Scotiabank, as well as other organizations such as IQPC, Canadian Standards Association, and Vancouver Port Authority. Yasmin holds a BA in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria, along with additional certifications and diplomas in public relations and language studies.
