Daniela Ianni

Daniela Ianni has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to people management, HR, talent acquisition, and development. Daniela currently holds the position of Head of People & Capability at Scottish Pacific Business Finance since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Practice Manager - People and Culture at Wellness Group from August 2017 to September 2019. Before that, they served as an HR Business Partner at Rockend from September 2014 to August 2017. Daniela also worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at ARC Group from January 2012 to September 2014. Daniela has experience in talent acquisition and development, having worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at Quay Appointments from May 2011 to January 2012, as well as other roles within the company. Daniela also has experience in job placement coordination from their time at Sydney Institute, TAFE NSW from February 2006 to October 2008. Daniela began their career as a Payroll/HR Coordinator at Carlson Wagonlit Travel from December 2002 to March 2004.
