Cass Sowa

Cass Sowa is a seasoned Project Engineer at Scotsman Ice Systems, with a focus on new product development since 1994. Prior to this role, Cass worked at McDonnell Douglas Helicopter as a Model Builder and CNC Programmer from 1984 to 1993, contributing to research and development efforts. Earlier in Cass's career, work as a Model Builder and Machinist at White Farm Equipment from 1980 to 1983 also emphasized research and development. Cass holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technical Management from DeVry University, completed in 2016, and an Associate of Applied Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Mesa Community College, earned in 1991.
