Kelly Draper-Hillyard

Kelly Draper-Hillyard is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and development. Currently serving as the Group HRIS Manager and Group HR Business Partner (Reward) at Scott Bader, Kelly has also held the position of HR Advisor (Learning & Development) within the company. Previously, Kelly worked as a Payroll & HR Assistant at DHL and began career as a Sales Assistant at Next Group PLC. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Advanced Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Development from DPG Plc and a University Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Northampton.
