Aleksandra Paduch

Aleksandra Paduch is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Scott Brownrigg since July 2014, Aleksandra provides comprehensive HR support across a global design firm with 200 employees, focusing on matters such as employee relations, recruitment, retention, and training. Prior to this role, Aleksandra was the HR Manager at HTA Design LLP from August 2007 to July 2014, where significant HR management skills were developed while overseeing the HR function for 150 staff. Aleksandra's career began as a receptionist at the Astor Hotel from 2005 to 2007. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University and the designation of CIPD Chartered Member (MCIPD).
