Mike Becker

Mike Becker has over 25 years of experience in emergency communications and management. Currently serving as the Training and Quality Assurance Manager at Scott Emergency Communications Center since July 2010, Mike previously held the position of Public Safety Dispatch Supervisor at Scott County Sheriff's Office from November 2008 to June 2010. Prior to that role, Mike worked as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher for the City of Bettendorf, IA. Mike's extensive career began in customer service and operations management, holding various positions at Midland Information Resources, Group-O Direct, J.B. Kenehan, Inc., Desaulniers Printing Company, and a leadership role as Residence Hall Director at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Graphic Arts Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
