Julia Watts

Julia Watts is an experienced educator with a strong background in elementary education, currently serving as a 4th Grade Teacher and Team Leader at Scott County School District 1 since August 2016. Previously, Julia held the position of Kindergarten Teacher and Team Leader at Austin Elementary School, where responsibilities included team leadership, curriculum design, and supervising Title 1 instructional aides. Earlier experience includes serving as a 1st Grade Teacher at Northside Christian Academy, which emphasized holistic education and curriculum development. Julia holds a Master’s degree in Reading/Storytelling from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Bible from Kentucky Christian University.
