Cindy Klingler, LBBP has a wealth of experience in the field of quality and process management. Most recently, they have been the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations for Scott Manufacturing Solutions since 2021. Cindy is also currently a Director of Operations for Will let you know soon since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Coach at Assured Strategy - Business Strategy Coaching Firm since 2018. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Director of Quality at AAA Plating & Inspection, Inc. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Triumph Processing-Embee Division, Quality Systems and Senior Lab Manager at Triumph Group, where they provided leadership and management to recover from a systemic failure and achieved a Nadcap chemical processor audit with "zero findings" within a year. Before this, they were a Senior Level Aerospace Quality & Process Consultant & Coach at Cindy Klingler, Quality Coach from 2006.

Cindy Klingler, LBBP completed their undergraduate program at Skadron College between 1975 and 1977, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. In 1976, they completed an AES - Electroplating and surface finishing Course at Certified Electroplater - Finisher, CEF. Between 1980 and 1984, Cindy Klingler, LBBP attended California Baptist College - Mentorship Program and studied Industrial Psychology. In November 2020, Cindy Klingler, LBBP obtained five certifications from GoLeanSixSigma.com: 8-Wastes, Facilitator - Process (Gemba) Walks, Leader Process Walk, Mistake Proofing (Poke-Yoke), and Visual Management.
