Matthew Southwell

Matthew Southwell has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries, currently serving as a Project Manager and Superintendent for Scott Felder Homes, LLC since August 2015. Matthew's career in real estate began at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., where services were provided from August 2012 to December 2016, followed by roles as a Real Estate Agent at Austin Mojo Realty and eXp Realty. Prior to this, Matthew held positions as a Construction Manager at Standard Pacific Homes and KB Home, and gained early experience as a Quality Inspector and Laborer/Safety Coordinator. Academic credentials include educational background from the Austin School of Real Estate and Smithville High School.
