Steven Lundell has a strong background in sales and business development. Steven started their career at Brighton Real Estate Advisors in 2002 as an Inside Sales representative. Steven also localized revenue through mapping models that compartmentalized sales and service team territories, leading to efficient resource utilization. Steven opened a completely untapped territory and surpassed all sales goals while facing challenges associated with product release. Steven received the prestigious "Northwest Division's President's Annual Achievement Award" in 2011 and 2013. Steven championed creative marketing initiatives and disrupted under-producing sales teams, achieving notable sales growth and elevating team performance.

Steven Lundell earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from San Jose State University from 2001 to 2003. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they attended the Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Davis, where they obtained a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree with a specialization in Marketing Research.
