Johanna Wilberding

Johanna Wilberding has diverse work experience spanning over several years. Johanna currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Scott Group Studio. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids, where they oversaw HR functions for a large organization and provided leadership to a team of five. Before that, Johanna worked as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Byron Bank, where they were responsible for recruiting, maintaining relationships with universities, and managing the online application system. Johanna began their career as a Loan Review/Audit/Training Administrator at Founders Trust, where they were responsible for loan review, auditing, and training.

Johanna Wilberding obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University, where they attended from 1981 to 1985. Johanna later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Western Michigan University from 1995 to 1998, specializing in Business Administration.
