Alicia Hofer, MSIOP, ODCL, CPC, is an experienced organizational consultant currently working at Scott Hackman Ventures since November 2021. Alicia serves as a researcher for the International Coaching Federation, where research efforts have focused on identifying successful coaching attributes within organizations through qualitative methods. Previous experience includes a consulting internship at The OD and Change Leadership Group, where initiatives involved developing a DEI model, designing workshops, and contributing to a DEI manuscript. Alicia also served as a graduate student assistant at Eastern Kentucky University and spent several years as a science educator and curriculum designer at Goshen High School, where curriculum was designed to enhance students' scientific skills using evidence-based strategies. Alicia holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Secondary Education from Goshen College.
