Prior to transitioning to construction, Micho held significant leadership positions, including Executive Vice President at DrawWorks LP and Director & General Manager for the Eastern Hemisphere at Canrig Drilling Technology Ltd. Micho also served as Vice President & General Manager at National Oilwell Varco and as President & CEO of Spirit Drilling & Completion Fluids, showcasing a proven track record in sales, marketing, and operations management across multiple firms in the sector.
