James Kelly Frazier

James Kelly Frazier, CPA has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. James Kelly currently serves as the Head of Technical Accounting at Novatae Risk Group, where they are responsible for handling mergers and acquisitions, software upgrade solutions planning and implementation, managing the month-end close process and reporting, and working with external auditors and tax preparers.

Prior to their current role, James worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Innovate5G and as the Division Controller at Aviation Technical Services, where they reported all financial activity of the component division and worked closely with the Division General Manager.

James also has experience as a Real Estate Broker/Owner and CFO at The Frazier Group, LLC, where they ensured accurate recording of accounting records, prepared financial reports, and handled tax compliance.

Additionally, James has held positions such as Acting Controller at Thomas, Edwards Group, Manager/Director of Accounting and Finance at Seeking New Opportunity, Principal Engineer (Senior Financial Analyst) at Verizon Business, and Property/Project Accounting Manager at MCI Telecommunications.

Earlier in their career, James worked at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) RTC as the Director of Financial Operations and Accounting Manager, overseeing financial processing, reporting, and managing a large staff. James Kelly also served as the Controller at SouthCoast Properties, where they managed financial processing, reporting, and audits for multiple entities.

James Kelly Frazier, CPA holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from the University of Louisiana Monroe. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant from the AICPA. James Kelly also holds a Real Estate Brokers License from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
