Jamie Galvez

Jamie Galvez is the current Direct Bill Analyst at Scottish American. Prior to this, they were the Director of FP&A at Sunfinity Renewable Energy from August 2016 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for all budgeting, forecasting, mgmt. reporting, KPI’s, modeling, and long-range planning. Jamie also created and presented analyses to Exec. Mgmt. which drove strategic planning and decision making.

Galvez has also held the position of AVP/Senior FP&A Manager at Alliant Insurance Services from July 2013 to July 2016. In this role, they provided decision support and developed courses of action for all operational areas of the business. Jamie also collaborated cross-functionally across all functions, departments, and levels.

Galvez is known for their passion for delivering high-quality products which entails immense focus on the details. Jamie is also known for coordinating with operations daily to ensure cash is coming back into the business as quickly as possible. Some of their accomplishments include creating 5-year financial statement projections for multiple capital raises (equity and debt), constructing project trackers and managing expenses in order to measure the profitability of solar installations, and building cash flow forecasting models and updating them daily for Exec. Mgmt.

Jamie Galvez has a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and an MBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington. Jamie also has a Diploma in Advanced With Honors from Ennis High School.
