Paula Carlo

Paula Carlo is currently serving as an Assistant Underwriter at Novatae Risk Group since October 2023, previously holding the position of Underwriter IV at HomeTown Lenders, Inc. from October 2022 to May 2023. From January 2009 to July 2022, Paula worked at Finance of America Mortgage LLC as a Senior Underwriter and NW Team Lead, managing staff and training while handling high-value delegated underwriting. Additionally, Paula had a brief tenure as a DE Underwriter at Bay Equity, LLC in early 2012, focusing on the establishment of a new team and branch but ultimately finding the timing unsuitable. Paula is an alumnus of Clackamas Community College.
