Fraser Hood

Fraser Hood is an experienced professional currently serving as Capital Delivery Director and Head of Programme Delivery at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks since September 2022. Previous roles include Head of Operations and Programme Manager at Caledonian Sleeper from April 2016 to October 2022, as well as Fleet Engineering Manager at Babcock International Group from March 2014 to April 2016. Fraser also held various positions including Programme Manager and Project Manager at Network Rail from December 2003 to February 2014. Fraser's educational background includes a Nuclear Engineering degree from the Defence Academy of United Kingdom in 2015, a PGC in Business Leadership from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2010, and a degree from Glasgow Caledonian University from 1998 to 2002, preceded by attendance at Lenzie Academy from 1992 to 1998.
