Dan Phillips is a seasoned professional in project and programme management, currently serving as the Capital Delivery Director for Wastewater at United Utilities, leading the AMP8 Wastewater Capital Delivery Programme since January 2025. Prior experience includes significant roles at Mott MacDonald, where Dan served as the Global Practice Lead for Project Programme and Commercial Management, overseeing multiple essential initiatives, including the Changi T5 Mega-Project and the development of capabilities in Mott MacDonald Canada. Dan's career also features leadership positions at Aedas Architects Ltd, TSK, and BT plc, combined with a solid academic background that includes a Master of Science in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford.
