Gemma Wilson has extensive experience in customer service and performance management within the electricity sector. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Contact Centre at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks since May 2021, Gemma has also held the position of Performance Manager at the same company since February 2019. Prior to this, Gemma worked as a Shift Manager at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks from November 2010 to February 2019 and as a Team Manager at SSE plc from November 2002 to November 2010.
