Lucy Croft

Lucy Croft has over a decade of experience in the utilities and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Deputy Head of Region at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks since November 2012. In this role, Lucy leads the Coordination Centre, ensuring efficient resource utilization for revenue-based works. Prior positions include Regional Support Manager, where responsibilities encompassed planning and resourcing excavation and cable laying works, and Performance Manager, overseeing network inspections and civil works. Earlier experience includes contract management in patient transport services at South East Coast Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust and G4S Integrated Services. Lucy's career began at Canon Europe Ltd. as a Movement Request Administrator. Lucy holds A Levels in English Literature, History, and Psychology, and a BA (Hons) in History from the University of York.
